We deliver a next day service between 8am and 6pm, we are not responsible for the flowers if the courier cannot deliver to the address provided, if the recipient is out and no instruction has been left regarding leaving the flowers in a safe place or with a neighbour.

We do not accept returned bouquets due to the nature of this fresh product. We will not refund undelivered items.

We will provided a refund if the issue’s you are experiencing is caused solely by our company and not a third party.

We do from time to time substitute flowers or foliage, but always do our upmost to provide like for like were possible, due to seasonal variation, we do not refund due to these substitutions.
